This Refund & Returns Policy applies to payments made to Wisdom Courier Express LLC (“Wisdom Courier Express,” “WCE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through wisdomcourierexpressllc.com. Wisdom Courier Express provides courier and delivery services, not physical goods.

All Payments Are Final

All payments made through our “Make a Payment” page are final and non-refundable. Because our courier services are performed and time-sensitive, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been submitted. Please review your invoice number and payment amount carefully before submitting your payment.

No Product Returns

We do not sell physical products through this Site, so there are no product returns or exchanges.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate payment or an incorrect amount caused by a technical error — contact us promptly at garith@wisdomcourierexpressllc.net or 386-308-7131. Where we confirm a genuine billing error, we will correct it at our discretion. This does not apply to payments for services that have been requested or performed.

If you have any concern about a payment, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
