By using the Site or submitting a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or make a payment.

Wisdom Courier Express LLC provides medical courier and delivery services, including the transportation of medical equipment, laboratory specimens, pharmaceuticals, and hazardous and sensitive medical materials.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or make a payment. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

Payments and Billing

Payments for our services may be made through the Site’s “Make a Payment” page.
When you make a payment, you enter the amount owed and your invoice number, and you are directed to a secure checkout.
Card payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Elavon) through WooCommerce. By submitting a payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method for the amount you enter.
All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and invoice information, and you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the services, unless we are required to collect them.

Payments Are Final; Billing Disputes

All payments made through the Site are final and non-refundable. Because our courier services are performed and time-sensitive, we do not provide refunds once a payment is submitted. If you believe you were charged in error — such as a duplicate payment or an incorrect amount caused by a technical error — contact us promptly at garith@wisdomcourierexpressllc.net or 386-308-7131, and where we confirm a genuine error, we will correct it at our discretion. Services

Details of specific courier services, scheduling, pricing, and delivery are governed by the service agreements, quotes, or invoices between you and WCE. These Terms apply to your use of the Site and online payments and do not replace those agreements.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized payment or billing information.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users’ data.
Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Wisdom Courier Express name and branding, are owned by or licensed to WCE and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or marks without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisdom Courier Express LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or online payments. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or an online payment will not exceed the amount of the payment giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wisdom Courier Express LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability
